ANODE ASSEMBLY 

This cast aluminum anode kit includes the bronze prop nut and stainless steel hex bolt for attaching to the prop shaft of your Bravo III Drive (serial No. 0M179451 and below). Designed for use in fresh water or salt water to help protect your sterndrive from the harmful effects of galvanic corrosion. Easy to inspect and easy to replace with common tools.

  • This aluminum anode kit includes installation hardware for fast and easy replacement of corroded anodes
  • These anodes meet or exceed mil-spec MIL-A-24779(SH) providing longer lasting protection than zinc anodes and are for use in fresh or saltwater
  • Inspect anodes periodically for best protection and replace when seeing signs of corrosion or pitting
