Replacement fuel filter element 8M0122424 is for use in the under cowl L4 Verado outboard replaceable cartridge fuel filter, the 200‑300hp L6 Verado (serial No. 2B144122 & below) 1.5L and 3.0L DFI outboards that utilize a vapor separator with a top screw‑in type filter. It also fits the MerCruiser 4.5L and 6.2L (serial No. 2A456613 and newer) engines. The water separating fuel filter helps to keep harmful debris or water from getting to your engine. Replace the filter at least once each boating season and before winterizing your. Remove the old filter and easily insert the new, clean filter.
